EDC Staff

The Enterprise Data Center is comprised of several teams with various responsibilities.  We think it's important for agency staff to be able to associate a name with a face when working on projects.  The teams are as follows:
 
Application Management Team - Operations
 
AMT Operations is responsible for operations within the Managed Services and Managed Services Lite areas of the Enterprise Data Center.  This includes Active Directory implementation, MS SQL, Oracle, Biztalk, Commerce Server, Crystal Enterprise, Disaster Recovery, Patch Management, and all other operational roles related to Managed Services and Managed Services Lite.
 
Application Management Team - Application Deployment
 
AMT Deployment is responsible for deploying Agency applications within the Managed Services area.  This includes placing the application in Staging and Production and conducting all associated testing during this process. 

Technical Operations Team - Server Operations
 
TOT Server Operations is responsible for installation of power and connectivity at the physical layer within the Managed Services, Managed Services Lite, and Co-Location areas of the Enterprise Data Center.  This team is also responsible for all hardware racking, cabling and replacement of hardware in Managed Services.
 
Technical Operations Team - SAN Operations
 
TOT SAN Operations is responsible for managing the Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure in Managed Services, Managed Services Lite and Co-Location areas of the Enterprise Data Center.  This team is also responsible for supporting ESF operational and hardware requirements.
 
Technical Operations Team - Network Operations
 
TOT Network Operations is responsible for all networking services within the Managed Services, Managed Services Lite, and Co-Location areas of the Enterprise Data center.  This includes routing, switching, and access control.
 
Exchange Management Team - Messaging Services  
 
EMT is responsible for operations within the Messaging Services area of the Enterprise Data Center. This includes Active Directory, Email, Blackberry, Anti Spam, Anti Virus, Disaster Recovery, Patch Management and all other related operational roles.
