Board Member Information:
The State Architects Licensure Board shall consist of the Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs, the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the Office of Attorney General, or his designee, two members who shall represent the public at large, and five members, all of whom shall be architects, who have been in the active practice of architecture in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for not less than seven years prior to their appointment. Each professional and public member of the board shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. |
