Board Member Information:
The State Board of Auctioneer Examiners shall consist of the Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs, the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the Office of Attorney General, or his designee, two members appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, who shall be persons representing the public at large, one member appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, who shall be a registered trading assistant, and four members appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, who shall be licensed auctioneers, have served as licensed auctioneers for ten years or more and have conducted at least 50 auctions each year. |
