The State Board of Landscape Architects shall consist of the Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs, the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the Office of Attorney General, or his designee, and seven persons appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.  Two of the members of the board appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate shall represent the public at large; the remaining members of the board appointed by the Governor, not less than four of whom shall be landscape architects and not less than one of who shall be a landscape nurseryman.
