1. Print the appropriate application from the below list and mail it to the Vehicle Board along with a check or money order for your renewal fee.
2. Visit www.mylicense.state.pa.us to renew your license online with a credit card. You will need your registration code which is printed on your wallet card. If you do not have your wallet card, please contact the Vehicle Board office at 717-783-1697 to request your code from a staff member.

Duplicate license - Request for duplicate license. May also be requested at www.mylicense.state.pa.us.

Personal Name Change - Will be made for salespersons only when a copy of an official document (marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order) is included. The fee for a duplicate license is $5.00 (check or money order) payable to the Commonwealth of PA.  To report a vehicle dealership name change, complete a Vehicle Dealer License Change Application and return it to the Board office.

Home Address Change - The Board must be notified within 10 days of any change in home address.  To report a vehicle dealership address change, complete a Vehicle Dealer License Change Application and return it to the Board office.

Inactivate a license - Request to make a personal license inactive.
