Supplemental Education Services
The 2014/15 SES Provider Application will open on April 7, 2014 and close on May 9, 2014. The deadline for online submission of a provider application is 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time May 9, 2014. Applications received by mail, electronic mail (email), or by facsimile (fax) will not be considered.
Along with submitting the online application by the stated deadline, hardcopies of all required documentation must be received by the Pennsylvania Department of Education by 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time on May 23, 2014.
To access the application follow the directions below for the type of institution you are.
Personnel at LEAs that have a web portal login:
1. Go to the Education website and login: http://www.education.state.pa.us
2. Click on Login in the left column.
3. Select PASES in the drop down box at the bottom of the page and hit Go.
Personnel who do not have a web portal login:
1. Go to the Education website and login: http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal/server.pt/community/supplemental_ education_services/7416/home
2. Near the top of the page you will click on the link for "Provider Application".
