The Pennsylvania 2012/13 SES Provider Application will open on February 6, 2012 and close on April 13, 2012. The deadline for online submission of a provider application is 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time April 13, 2012. Applications received by mail, electronic mail (email), or by facsimile (fax) will not be considered.
Along with submitting the online application by the stated deadline, hardcopies of all required documentation must be received at Midwestern IU4 by 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time on April 27, 2012.
To access the application follow the directions below for the type of institution you are.
Personnel at LEAs that have a web portal login:
1. Go to the Education website and login: http://www.education.state.pa.us.
2. Click on Login in the left column.
3. Select PASES in the drop down box at the bottom of the page and hit Go.
Personnel who do not have a web portal login:
1. Go to the Education website and login: http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal/server.pt/community/supplemental_education_services/7416/home
2. Near the top of the page you will click on the link for “Provider Application”.
Pre-Application Webinar
PDE will give a Pre-application webinar to assist prospective providers in the application process. Unlike the mandatory meetings that are required for all approved providers in August, attendance at this webinar is voluntary. The webinar will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 2, 2012. Login information is at the following website: http://www.center-school.org/online/pde-fed-programs-sessions.php. This webinar will be recorded for future viewing. Registration information for the webinar will be on line with the login information.
