Verizon Telecommunications Contract Documents

To request access to Verizon Business (VzB) tools such as Web Center, VEC and Network Manager, complete the CPNI user spreadsheet.  Submit a remedy ticket with the spreadsheet attached.  Be sure to include “CPNI - Verizon Business” in the summary section of the ticket. 

Verizon Telecommunications Contract

The current telecommunications contract for landline voice and data services is with Verizon. Services covered by this contract can be procured using the Enterprise Services Management System (ESMS), formerly known as  integrated support system (ISS), a Web-based system used for ordering, billing and asset inventory. The Verizon Product Catalog lists the rates for all products and services covered by this contract.

Key Telephones | PBX Telephones | Moves, Adds, Changes (MACs) & Cabling

This contract covers the procurement of key telephone and PBX systems. Moves, adds, and changes (MACs) to and installation and maintenance of cabling systems may also be procured. 7 vendors have been approved to provide these services. MAN Router Contract

Verizon provides MAN routers to commonwealth agencies.  Information about this service is available in the statement of work, which has been amended twice (amendment 1, amendment 2), and in the terms and conditions document.
