Commonwealth Telecommunications Asset Repository


Most of the commonwealth's mobile voice and data services, as well as toll-free phone service, used to be ordered through the Commonwealth Telecommunications Asset Repository (CTAR). As of October 1, 2009, those services are procured through the enterprise services management system (ESMS). The only exception is Verizon services that currently appear on the agency TMIS bill — these should still be handled in CTAR.
