QUARTERLY PUBLISHING DEADLINES FOR THE COMMONWEALTH TELEPHONE DIRECTORY

We encourage each agency to provide us with updates to its telephone directory pages. All changes must be submitted by the agency Telephone Directory Coordinator. Simply download your pages, notate your changes and email it back to us via the “GS, Commonwealth Telephone Directory” account at RA-comteldir@pa.gov.  Click here to download our step-by-step instructions on modifying your agency’s directory listing.

Listed below are the submittal deadlines for updating the directory. Changes will appear to the online version approximately two weeks after each submittal deadline.

February 28 – Internet version update only
May 5 – Internet and printed version deadline
August 31 – Internet version update only
November 30 – Internet version update only

The telephone directory is printed and available for purchase each July. See Administrative Circular 11-13 for details on how to purchase a copy.

This directive contains procedures for submitting current agency information to the Department of General Services to update the Commonwealth Telephone Directory as well as Commonwealth Information Center directory assistance.
