Step-by-Step Guide 

1. Project manager and supervisor complete the Foundational and Advanced competency assessments to help identify areas for development and determine curriculum and supplemental coursework (see the list of available training from the Keystone Academy of Learning)
2. Supervisors and executives enroll and participate in executive curiculum via the commonwealth electronic learning management system (keyword: EPMU)
3. Project managers enroll and participate in foundational or advanced curriculum, as appropriate, online via the electronic learning management system (keyword: EPMU)
4. Project manager enrolls and participates in supplemental coursework online via the commonwealth electronic learning management system
5. All participants complete certification assessment via the commonwealth electronic learning management system (keyword: EPMU)
• 90% or higher to pass
• foundational assessment success = Commonwealth Certified Project Manager 1
• advanced assessment success = Commonwealth Certified Project Manager 2
