Registering in Egrants



It is imperative that you begin the registration process as soon as possible unless the User Manager for your agency or county has already registered you. There are three documents that will assist you with the registration process. They are entitled: PCCD Online Registration Quick Start Guide, PCCD Egrants Security Roles Quick Start Guide, and the Egrants User Registration Request Form.

If your Agency or County User Manager submitted your registration online, you will receive an alert from Egrants (with a corresponding email) once the request is processed.

Once you complete the Registration and fax it to PCCD Egrants Support, you can begin working on your Application as soon as you receive a call or voice mail from PCCD Egrants Helpdesk or an email from the PCCD Egrants Support account that your security roles have been established. Please remember to allow enough time for this process. Depending on activity level, it can take several days to "complete" the registration process at PCCD.
