The American Veterinary Medical Association is the national organization for veterinary medicine in North America and other countries.  The AVMA serves as the review system for all specialty boards or colleges.  Each specialty college has specific guidelines used for approval and certification for the title of diplomatic status.

The guidelines are continually being modified and updated so that the public is apprised of what we as a profession are doing to meet the ever increasing standards demanded by our clients in providing the best medical care for their animals.

Tax Amnesty Coming April 26 to June 18
to Settle Delinquent Taxes

Pennsylvania will be offering a Tax Amnesty period from April 26 to June 18.  During this limited, 54-day timeframe, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue will waive 100 percent of penalties and half of the interest for anyone who pays delinquent state taxes. 

The program is generally available to all individuals, businesses and other entities with Pennsylvania tax delinquencies as of June 30, 2009.
