COMBINED INJURY REPORT 2005-2009
Since 2005, the annual reports on injury deaths and hospitalizations have been combined into a single report, "Injury Deaths and Hospitalizations in Pennsylvania", also known as the Combined Injury Report. The most recent report is on 2005-2009 data.

This publication was prepared by the Bureau of Health Statistics and Research of the Pennsylvania Department of Health and was based in part on previous reports prepared by Tom Truong, MS, and Harold (Hank) Weiss, PhD., M.P.H., MS, from the Center for Injury Research and Control (CIRCL), Department of Neurological Surgery, University of Pittsburgh and on Pennsylvania Injury Deaths, 2000-2004, also prepared by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of Health Statistics and Research.
Some data used in this report were provided to the Pennsylvania Department of Health by the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council.
