Numerous organizations outside of the PA Department of Health and our partner network also participate in injury and violence prevention.  Organizations at both the state and national level target a variety of injury prevention topics, including childhood safety, motor vehicle safety and youth violence.

National Injury Prevention Organizations:

STIPDA (now the Safe States Alliance) and other national organizations have worked with the Campaign for Public Health (CPH) to raise awareness about the many ways the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention works to protect the health and safety of Americans. The effort included ads displayed on metro trains in Washington, D.C. and fliers that were sent to all Congressional offices.
