Important Features In The 2011-12 Grant Application
User ID and Password - We will not be saving your old User ID and Password. You will have to create a new User ID and Password in order to access the 2011-12 Grant application.
INFORMATION PAGE - This is the first page you will encounter after you log into the application. It is intended to provide you with information and announcements that will assist you in completing your application. Announcements regarding new information about the grant program or current problems with the Online Grant Application will appear at the top of this page

CERTIFICATION INFORMATION - As with last year's application, rather than asking for the certified member's certificate number, we will be asking that you provide the last four numbers of the individual's Social Security Number (SSN). This information is critical to our being able to approve bonus points for certified members.
FINAL REPORT REQUIREMENT - An organization that applies for this years grant but has not fulfilled the requirement to submit a Final Report documenting the expenditures of funds they received, in previous grant years, will be excluded from this years grant calculations and will therefore be ineligible to receive a grant for the current year.
Final Reports for the 2011-12 Grant must be submitted to the Office of the State Fire Commissioner no later than December 1, 2012.
