of Work You
will plan, coordinate, direct and review the activities of survey corps
engaged in surveying activities. Duties include researching and compiling
legal documents, establishing and setting survey procedures, collecting
survey data, and setting and marking boundary lines; downloading, reducing
and computing data to produce maps and drawings; writing property
descriptions for deeds, leases, and other documents; and serving as an
expert witness during court proceedings.
Necessary Special
Requirement Possession of a registered surveyor’s license as issued by
the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, or possession of a registered surveyor’s
license obtained in another public jurisdiction under requirements which
are at least equal to those of Pennsylvania. |
