This will involve collecting, analyzing, and documenting business rules and processes, and recommending system change requests. You will prepare queries and reports using various reporting software packages. Additionally, you will modify and develop user acceptance test scenarios, and troubleshoot system, data, or process problems. You will also lead business requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical resources for complex system development projects. This will involve analyzing legislation or business documentation to determine the necessary changes in information technology or business processes to meet the objectives of an agency initiative. | |||
