The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation currently has two openings for Roadway Programs Specialist in Dauphin County.


Type of Work
You will review, analyze, and develop roadway management or maintenance operations; plan, schedule, implement and evaluate work operations in accordance with a highway management system. You will conduct training and provide updates in operations and procedures. You may use specialized equipment and software and oversee the quality control program. You may review, analyze, and verify district or county maintenance inventory and/or purchasing, monitor budget expenditures, and serve as technical advisor to contractors and vendors.
