PROVIDER BULLETIN
Eli Lilly and Company has decided that it will not
abide by the statutory requirements of the PACE Program’s manufacturer’s rebate
mandate.
Accordingly, effective Monday,
June 13, 2005, the Commonwealth will no longer be able to reimburse for any Eli
Lilly products for PACE, PACENET, CRDP, SPBP, Cystic Fibrosis, Spina Bifida,
PKU or MSUD.

caregivers of cardholders in need of Lilly products are encouraged to contact
