Reconsideration of Rebate Participation

Eli Lilly and Company has notified the PACE Program that it will abide by the statutory requirements of the PACE Program’s manufacturer’s rebate mandate.

Therefore the Commonwealth will continue to reimburse for Eli Lilly products for PACE, PACENET, CRDP, SPBP, Cystic Fibrosis, Spina Bifida, PKU or MSUD.
