NABI Reinstatement

June 30, 2006

NABI (North American Biological Inc.) Labeler Code – 59730 has signed a rebate agreement with the PACE Program.

Effective with the date of service of June 28, 2006, NABI, who has the exclusive rights to Phoslo®, will have their products reimbursed by PACE, the Chronic Renal Disease Program (CRDP) and the Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program (SPBP).

NOTE: Claims denied during the time NABI did not have a rebate agreement will NOT be considered for payment if resubmitted to the Program.
