Advice for PACE, CRDP, SPBP and all other Programs under the auspices of the
Department of Aging will be printed
Remittance
Advices for all Programs will be available only
electronically or by WEB R/A (PACE Easy Print).
The
PACE Easy Print guide can be downloaded from the Department of Aging’s website
at http://www.aging.state.pa.us/. Select
the Professionals & Providers box, to go to the screen with Agency
Publications listed on the menu. Choose the Agency Publications title to access
a list of publications. Scroll down to PACE Easy Print guide.
Since
December, 2008 the Program has attempted to contact all providers currently
receiving their remittance advice (s) on paper. PACE Provider Services will be
calling the remaining providers who have not yet registered to receive their
Remittance Advice either electronically or via the WEB R/A during the month of
May.
To be sure you can
review your

providers not
yet registered to receive their Remittance Advice(s) using the WEB R/A (PACE
Easy Print) should contact First Health Services Corporation (FHSC) Web Support representatives at 1-800-241-8726

providers
wishing to receive the R/A electronically via FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
should contact Provider Services at 1-800-835-4080.
