Non-Participating Drug Manufacturers

Section 703 (a) of the State Lottery Law states, “PACE, PACENET and other designated pharmaceutical programs shall not reimburse for any covered prescription drug without a rebate agreement between the department and the manufacturer of the covered prescription drug.”

 

The following prescription drug manufacturers have decided not to sign a rebate agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

Effective Monday May 24, 2004, the PACE/PACENET, CRDP and SPBP Programs will no longer reimburse for claims submitted for products manufactured by the companies listed on the sheet titled:

 

“NEW Non-Participating Drug Manufacturers”

 

For your convenience, we have also included a 2 page list identifying

 

“Current Non-participating Drug Manufacturers.”

 

Products manufactured by any company contained on these lists either are not currently compensable or will be non-compensable beginning May 24, 2004.

 

Also included in this notice is a sheet containing a limited number of Beckton Dickinson NDC’s that are now compensable by the Program.

 

Note: This list is current as of the date of publication. Companies may be added or removed from this list at any time. 

 

Questions concerning refusal to sign the Commonwealth’s Rebate Agreement should be directed to the specific company listed.
