American Highbush Cranberry
Viburnum trilobum
DESCRIPTION:
A native deciduous shrub of cool moist woods and wetlands. Grows 3 to 12 feet. Bares white flowers end of May into early June. Bright red oval berries in clusters ripening August to October. Fruits persist through late winter and serve as winter survival food for many birds.

Seedlings are 4 to 12 inches.
