User Support / Training provides issue resolution services and system usage guidance to a user of the IES. These services are provided through a two tier Help Desk services approach starting with the local Agency support area first. External users as well as internal users also have access to specific centralized business area help desks. SAP training consists of Knowledge Sharing Workshops (KSW), web based training, instructor led training, and U-Perform, the latter being an on-demand transactionally sensitive "help" application to deliver transactional knowledge and instruction when needed. SAP training is also provided as web based courses delivered through the Commonwealth's E-LMS.
