NATURE OF WORK

This is professional inspection work in the regulation of drug, device, and cosmetic manufacturing and wholesaling.  You will inspect businesses selling drugs, devices and cosmetics concerning sanitation, adulteration, misbranding, misleading advertising, expiration dates, and related areas to enforce compliance with federal and state laws.  You will also gather information and evidence in cases where a violation of the law is suspected.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You must be willing to travel.  Travel expenses will be paid.

You must be a Pennsylvania resident, of good moral character and able to perform the essential functions of the job.

Necessary Special Requirement

Possession of a license to practice pharmacy issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy.

TESTING
