US & PA FLAGS AT HALF STAFF

 

At the direction of Governor Edward G. Rendell, all United States and Pennsylvania Flags on State Facilities in the Capitol Complex and in Franklin County should be flown at half-staff upon the death of Lance Cpl. Michael Freeman. Lance Cpl. Freeman was killed while serving on active duty in Afghanistan. Flags should remain at half-staff through interment.

At the direction of Govenor Edward G. Rendell, all United States and Pennsylvania Flags across the Commonwealth should be flown at half-staff upon the dealth of US Representative John Murtha. Flags should remain at half-staff through interment.
