NEW  SUPPLIER HELPFUL TOOLS

The New Supplier Registration Process consists of the following phases:
Phase 1:  Complete the New Supplier Registration Form
Phase 2:  Create a Permanent Administrative User Account
Phase 3:  Log On and Change Your Temporary Password

The required information and helpful tools for each phase of the process are provided below.


PHASE 1:  Complete the New Supplier Registration Form

Phase 1 of the registration process requires you to complete the New Commonwealth Procurement Supplier Registration Form.  The following information is required to complete Phase 1:

  • Legal Name of the Company [this name should be the name listed on your W-9 form]
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN) also known as Tax Identification Number (TIN)
    OR Social Security Number (SSN) [9 digits 123456789]
  • Business Type [Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, Private Foundation, etc.]
  • E-mail address [required to complete Phase 2 of the registration process]
  • Telephone Number [without dashes e.g. 7175551234]
  • Street OR PO Box
  • City
  • County
  • State
  • Country
  • Postal Code [ZIP Code]

Once you have obtained all of the necessary information listed above, select “Begin New Supplier Registration” on the left navigation bar.

  PHASE 2:  Create a Permanent Administrative User Account

Phase 2 of the registration process requires you to create a permanent Administrative User Account for your organization.

The holder of this account will have the authority to maintain your company data and create, change, and delete other Administrative Users and Bidders. The following information is required to complete Phase 2:

  • User Name [suggestion: use your e-mail address as your User Name]
  • Create a Password [this is a TEMPORARY PASSWORD ]
    • This password must contain a minimum of 7 characters, including:
      • 1 special character [Pressing shift and a number key simultaneously, e.g. %, ^, &]
      • 1 uppercase
      • 1 lowercase
      • 1 number
  • Confirm Password [this is a TEMPORARY PASSWORD ]
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • E-Mail Address
  • Country

    Upon receiving confirmation that you have completed Phase 1, you may exit the  PA Supplier Portal and wait 1 business day to receive your e-mail from SRMSVC.  This e-mail cannot be forwarded to another account, nor can it be copied. This link is only valid for the creation of your first Administrative User .
    YOU MAY ACCESS THIS LINK ONLY ONCE.
      

    Wait up to 20 minutes for your account to activate before proceeding to Phase 3.


PHASE 3:  Log On and Change Your Temporary Password

Phase 3 of the registration process requires you to Log On and change your Temporary Password. The following information is required to complete Phase 3:

  • User Name [suggestion: use your e-mail address as your User Name]. 
  • Temporary Password
  • Create a Password
    • This password must contain a minimum of 7 characters, including:
      • 1 special character [Pressing shift and a number key simultaneously, e.g. %, ^, &]
      • 1 uppercase
      • 1 lowercase
      • 1 number
  • Confirm New Password
