The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency awards both federal and state grant funds to justice system improvement programs. PCCD’s Office of Criminal Justice System Improvements (OCJSI) administers the compliance monitoring and reporting of these programs to ensure proper implementation and desired results are achieved. OCJSI then gathers and shares this information with local and state officials so that they may better understand and address criminal justice related issues and problems relevant to their jurisdictions.
