Juvenile Tracking System

The Juvenile Tracking System (JTS) is a collaboration between the Juvenile Court Judges’ Commission (JCJC) and JNET.  The JTS was developed to provide authorized users with access to court files and records on juvenile offenders and to provide arrest notifications to Juvenile Probation Departments.  The goal of the JCJC is to have JTS implemented in the Commonwealth's 67 counties, and be the primary means through which Juvenile History Record Information is reported.  PCCD, via OCJSI, has provided grant funding, architectural and design guidance throughout the life of this project.
