Report a Violation

You may file a complaint for a suspected violation of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code over the phone, or in person at any Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement District Office. Violations of the Liquor Code include, but are not limited to, noisy or disorderly operations, sales to minors, sales to visibly intoxicated persons, sales after hours, gambling, drug activity and sales of alcohol without a license.

The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement operates a toll-free hotline to receive complaints on Liquor Code Violations. When leaving a voicemail message, speak slowly, clearly, and provide all available information. Include name and address of licensee or speakeasy operator, days of the week or time of day the violations are occurring, or any other information that could assist the investigation. All information is kept confidential. Contact information is not required to report a violation however is requested in the event additional information is necessary.

Underage Drinking Hotline - 1-888-UNDER21

The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement operates a toll-free hotline to report underage drinking occurring at a location other than an establishment licensed to serve alcohol. Please provide all available information. Include the location where the underage drinking is occurring, name of the person or persons providing the alcohol if known, date and time the underage drinking is occurring or planned to occur, or any other information that could assist in the investigation. All information is kept confidential. Contact information is not required to report a violation however is requested in the event additional information is necessary.
