Resources – Training Options



The Egrants "Resources" section provides you with various options available to you for learning how to use Egrants.
  • Quick Start Guides - are available to External Users on the PCCD Egrants Production Site. Reference them to learn how to register to use the system and to search for funding announcements.
  • Quick Start Guides for User Managers – Detailed step-by-step instructions for processes required of user managers can also be found on the PCCD Egrants Production Site
  • PCCD Egrants Training Site - There is a PCCD Egrants Training Site that you can access and practice on if you prefer to review/test the system remotely.
    In order to enter practice data, you must contact the Egrants Help Desk to obtain a practice account at either (717) 787-5152 option 9 and then option 6 or (800) 692-7292 (toll-free in Pennsylvania) option 9 and then option 6.
  • Egrants Updates - As enhancements are made to Egrants, those of interest to subgrantees and applicants are noted at the center and bottom of the "Welcome" page of the PCCD Egrants Web site
  • Troubleshooting and FAQs – Questions that are frequently asked and that may be of benefit to you have been posted to the Egrants Production Site.
  • FAQS for User Managers - Questions that are frequently asked by user managers are also available on the Egrants Production Site.
  • PCCD Egrants Help Desk - To help maximize the availability of technical assistance for all subgrantees, the following contact should be used only if you have a technical question: The PCCD Egrants Help Desk at (800) 692-7292 or (717)787-5152 and then option 9 and then option 6. The PCCD Egrants Help Desk hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
