Complete the online HRISD authorization request form to obtain a new Oracle username and password. Requests must be approved by your supervisor, HR director and by OA. All approved users will be given agency-wide access to all views contained in IRIS. When an employee transfers to a new agency, they must submit the HRISD authorization request form again to be given access.
Download the Oracle drivers once you are given an Oracle account. These allow you to connect to IRIS.
To unlock a locked Oracle account, call 877.242.6007, option 4. Accounts will be locked when an employee goes 180 days without using their account, or after 10 failed login attempts.
You can change or reset your Oracle password online.
