Feb. 06, 2012	Harrisburg Receiver submitted Fiscal Recovery Plan to Commonwealth Court   (The Commonwealth Court granted an extension from the original filing date of January 3, 2012)
Mar. 01, 2012	Commonwealth Court will hold a hearing within 30 days of receiving the Recovery Plan and make a determination on the Recovery Plan within 60 days of receipt.  The hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m. on March 1, 2012 in Courtroom 5001 of the Pennsylvania Judicial Center, 601 Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg.
