The PA UC Law contains a provision to automatically adjust benefit payments when the balance in the UC Trust Fund is low. Benefit payments for compensable weeks prior to January 5, 2013, were reduced by 2.3 percent. Currently, all weeks ending January 5, 2013, and after are reduced by 1.7 percent
. This reduction will continue while the balance in the Unemployment Compensation Trust fund remains low. This reduction applies to UC regular benefits. EUC, EB, TRA and DUA benefits will not be affected. Learn more …
