Senior Community Center Grant Opportunity
The Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA) announces a 2.15 million dollar grant funding opportunity for Pennsylvania’s Senior Community Centers. The purpose of the PDA Senior Community Center grant is to provide funding to modernize the Senior Community Centers in order to increase participation and meet the needs of their participants. The grants will focus on modernizing facilities, developing a more diverse membership and participation; expanding and increasing quality programs; and encouraging sustainable and innovative programs and services. Eligible applicants are senior community centers that meet the minimum standards for senior community centers as outlined in the Department of Aging Program Directive click here
