PennSERVE Pledge

As part of the PennSERVE Citizenship Initiative, we are encouraging citizens in communites throughout the Commonwealth to read and share with one another the following PennSERVE Pledge. By taking the pledge, we hope that you and your fellow community members will re-dedicate yourselves to volunteering and community service.
 
As a proud citizen of the Commonwealth of Pensylvania, I do hereby dedicate myself to the essence of a participatory democracy, in word and in deed, and do pledge to exercise my right to vote, and to improve the quality of life in my community by identifying a need and volunteering my services to implement a solution.
