Web Updates

2013 Pennsylvania State Health Assessment – The Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of Health Planning is seeking public comment on the key health findings of the assessment and an overview of the developmental process of the assessment. This feedback may be used to modify the current state health assessment and/or assist in the development of future state health assessments.

Birth Standard Output Tables, 2011 – Large volume of the latest available and historical state, county and municipality data by age, race/ethnicity and various birth-related topics.

Cancer Deaths Standard Output Tables, 2011Large volume of all the latest available and historical annual and five-year cancer death statistics for the state, counties and municipalities by age, sex, race and primary site.

Death Standard Output Tables, 2011Large volume of the latest available and historical state, county and municipality data by age, race/ethnicity and various death-related topics.

EpiQMS – Our interactive health statistics web tool, Epidemiologic Query and Mapping System, has been updated with 2011 and 2009-2011 statistics on birth and reported teen pregnancies.

Nursing Home Reports, 2012 – These reports are based on annual surveys that obtain information pertaining to nursing home beds, occupancy rates, daily charges, admissions, discharges, deaths, medical staff, average length of stay and other related data items.
