Regional Training Institute
BDAP Training Management System (BTMS) is a web-based application that allows drug and alcohol and other human services professionals to register for trainings offered throughout the Commonwealth. The application allows BDAP to manage all aspects of the trainings, including locations, trainers, and resources. To sign up for BDAP trainings, you must become a registered.

PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE REGISTERED FOR A TRAINING AND DO NOT SHOW UP FOR THE COURSE OR CANCEL THEIR REGISTRATION WILL HAVE THEIR ATTENDANCE MARKED AS A NO-SHOW AND WILL BE ASSESSED A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE TO UNLOCK THEIR ACCOUNT.
To cancel a registration, logon to the BDAP Training Management System (BTMS) at https://bdap.health.state.pa.us/btms/logon.aspx and click on the link to “Cancel Registration” and follow the prompts to cancel your course. This can be done up until the morning of the training event. You can also cancel by contacting the Primary Contact, the person you called to get on the training roster for an on-site training or contact the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs at (727) 783-8200 and leave a message for the Training Section. When leaving a message, please include your name, agency you work for, course title, date and location.
