The Bureau of Family Health, as Pennsylvania’s Title V agency, is required by the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block Grant (Title V of the Social Security Act) to complete a Statewide Needs and Capacity Assessment every five years to assure that systems of care and services are available and accessible to the MCH population groups.  The final Statewide Needs and Capacity Assessment Report was submitted with the Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant 2011 Application and 2009 Annual Report on September 17, 2010.  The link to the final Statewide Needs and Capacity Assessment Report is below.
