Jack Phillips

Director, Office of Legislative AffairsJohn (Jack) E. Phillips was appointed Director of the Office of Legislative Affairs on Monday, March 4, 2013.

In this capacity, Jack serves as the Department’s chief liaison with the Pennsylvania General Assembly and the Governor’s Office of Legislative Affairs. His responsibilities include analyzing the affect of legislation on the Department and promoting the Department’s agenda in the Legislature.

Before coming to the Department, Jack worked with Pugliese Associates, was manager of State Government Affairs for Case New Holland, and served as Director of Government Affairs for The Building Industry Association of Lancaster.

Jack holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from West Chester University and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.

Jack is married to Christine Phillips and they have two children Gina and J.D.
