In accordance with the Congressional Redistricting Act of 2002, Act No. 34 of 2002 (Act), following are the legal descriptions of the U.S. Congressional Districts established by the Act. 

Based on the reports of the U.S. Census and determinations made by the Pennsylvania Legislative Data Processing Center, the official populations of the Congressional Districts are as follows:  The 1^st, 2^nd, 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, 8^th, 10^th, 12^th, 14^th, 15^th, 16^th, 17^th, 18^th and 19^th Congressional Districts each have a population of 646,371.  The 3^rd, 7^th, 9^th, 11^th and 13^th Congressional Districts each have a population of 646,372.
