The Field Investigations Division investigates insurance companies, insurance agencies and insurance producers suspected of violating Pennsylvania’s insurance statutes and regulations. Failed to report actions taken against the entity in 2006 from Kentucky and Texas for not timely filing required viatical settlement reports. $1,000 penalty; five year license supervision.
Failed to report other state actions in Florida, Missouri and Virginia and failed to disclose a criminal history on his non-resident title agent license for the commonwealth. Three year license supervision.
