Also included are Frequently Asked Questions and a Glossary of Terms.

Since the last print edition, the following items have changed:

Effective January 1, 2013, the limitation on the annual benefit under a defined benefit plan under Section 415(b) is increased from $200,000 to $205,000, as reflected on page 14 of this electronic file.
