What other help is available?

• Workers who have exhausted state UC benefits;
   
• Production, service or public-agency workers whose jobs have been affected by foreign competition;
   
• Workers over age 50 who obtain reemployment at a lower wage after losing jobs due to foreign competition;
   
• Former federal civilian employees;
   
• Former members of the armed forces or the commissioned corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration;
   
• Members, or spouses of members, of the military Reserves or National Guard returning from deployment;
   
• Workers whose jobs have been lost or interrupted as a result of a major disaster.
